INGREDIENTS
3 tbsp mashed banana
2 tbsp powdered
oats
1 tbsp refined flour (Maida)
1 tbsp rice flour (optional)
2 tbsp powdered sugar
½ cup milk
METHOD
Mix all the above ingredients to make little thick batter.
Pour little oil on non-stick pan, spread the banana batter. As the batter
starts forming bubbles it means down side is cooked, flip it and cook from the
other side. Serve with chocolate spread; it enhances the taste of banana
pancake which kids love.
You can garnish with icing sugar, chocolate syrup and
strawberries.
