PROTEIN POWER PRANTHA
INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup par-boiled (little raw) chana dal
1/2 cup grated paneer
1/2 cup boiled soya granules
1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
1 tbsp ginger
1 chopped onion
1 tbsp coriander

salt to taste





METHOD

Mash chana dal and mix all the ingredients together and stuff in to rolled dough to make delicious healthy paranthas. Serve with butter and curd.
