HUNG CURD VEGETABLE SANDWICH

INGREDIENTS
1 cup hung curd
1/2 cup mayonnaise 
1 tsp powdered sugar
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp oregano
1 medium sized chopped cucumber
1 medium sized finely chopped onion
1 medium sized finely chopped tomato
1/4 cup frozen corn
5-6 bread slices






METHOD
Take hung curd in a large bowl add sugar, salt, pepper, oregano and give it a good mix.

Add chopped cucumber, onion, tomato and corn. Mix well.  If required add more hung curd.

Take mayonnaise in small bowl, add salt, pepper and 1/2 tsp of powdered sugar.

Cut the edges of the bread slice, spread mayonnaise on both the slices, keep generous amount of veg-hung curd mix.

Close it with another slice.

Put some butter or oil on grill pan, toast bread from both sides till crisp and golden.

Serve with sauce.

NOTES:
1. MAKING MAYONNAISE MIX IS OPTIONAL. YOU CAN USE HUNG CURD SPREAD ON BREAD SLICES.

4. Put mayonnaise spread on bread slices.










5. Keep generous amount of hung curd- veggie mix. Close with another slice.











6. Heat some oil in pan, toast it from both the sides.















7. Serve in breakfast or pack in kids tiffin.
