MUSKMELON ICE-CREAM


INGREDIENTS
1 cup whipped cream
1/2 cup condensed milk
1/2 cup muskmelon puree
1/4 cup chopped muskmelon (optional)

These days Natural's ice-cream is very famous because of it natural ingredients. You name the fruit they have it in their ice-cream, even though it comes out to be little expensive as compared to other brands of ice-cream. So, I thought, why not to make these Natural's ice-cream at home with my own fresh and Natural ingredients.

It's very simple and made with 3 easily available ingredients.

I took 1 cup chopped and de-seeded muskmelon and blend it roughly.




I use condensed milk to give creamy texture. In this ice-cream, adding condensed milk is important as muskmelon puree will be very liquidy and condensed milk balances the texture of ice-cream.




METHOD
Whip cream till soft peaks form. Add condensed milk and muskmelon puree. Add chopped muskmelon

Mix well. Pour it in container. Freeze it for 4-5 hours.

Serve chilled.

2. Check if it is done by turning it upside down, it should not fall.











3. Whip cream till soft peaks form. Add condensed milk.













4. Add muskmelon puree.










5. Mix well. Keep in freezer for 4-5 hours or overnight.















6. Serve chilled.
