INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup roasted peanut
1/4 cup onion-tomato paste
1/4 cup water
METHOD
Make onion-tomato paste
Heat 1 tsp oil, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, let it splutter. Add 1 finely chopped onion saute till golden in colour. Add chopped garlic. Add salt, garam masala, coriander masala, red chili. Add finely chopped tomato, cook till tender and cooked. Turn off the flame. Keep aside.
In blender add roasted peanuts. Grind to make smooth powder. Add onion-tomato paste and water and grind again well.
Adjust water according to the thickness of chutney you desire.
Your chutney is ready.
