CHICKEN KATHI ROLL



INGREDIENTS
4-5 cold cut chicken cutlets or any chicken cold cut can be used (I used Venky's)
2 thinly sliced onions
1 thinly sliced capsicum
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp oregano
pizza sauce for spreading
salt and chili to taste
1/2 cup grated cheese (mozzarella or processed)

METHOD
Fry cutlets (deep or shallow) and finely chop. Keep aside.

In a pan, heat some oil or butter, saute sliced onions till golden in color add capsicum saute till half done. Add salt, pepper, chili, oregano, tomato sauce and give a stir. Add chopped cutlets and mix well. Keep aside.

Make chapati of kathi roll dough. (should be bigger in size than your regular ones)

Spread all over pizza sauce, put chicken mix sprinkle cheese generously. Roll it.

Heat butter on pan, toast the roll all over well and serve with tomato reduction sauce or easy cheesy dip.

1. Deep fry or shallow chicken cutlets. You can use sausages, nuggets and chop them.













2. Chop it.













3. Saute onion, capsicum.














4. Add salt, chili, oregano and tomato sauce.














5. Add chopped chicken.














6. Make chapati and spread pizza sauce all over. Put chicken and sprinkle lots of cheese.














7. Roll it and toast with butter.
