CHEESY SPINACH ROLLS

INGREDIENTS
1 chopped onion
2 cups finely chopped spinach
1/2 cup crumbled paneer (cottage cheese)
1/4 cup grated cheese (optional)
1 large boiled and mashed potato
1 cup whole wheat flour (Atta)
milk for kneading dough
1 tsp butter
salt to taste
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp coriander masala
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
green chili as per taste

METHOD
In a pan, heat oil add onion and saute till golden, add washed and chopped spinach, let it cook till it become dry. Turn off the gas add salt and other spices. Add crumbled paneer and cheese. Mix well and keep aside.

Now let's prepare the dough, in a bowl mix flour, little salt and mashed potato. Knead dough using milk.

Make chapati little bigger than usual.

Spread prepared mixture over it. Roll it.

Heat some butter over pan, toast roll over high heat till crisp from all the sides.

Cut it and serve healthy rolls.

1. Heat oil in pan, add cumin seeds let become brown, add chopped onions, saute till golden in color.













2. Add chopped spinach. Cook till it becomes dry.














3. Transfer in bowl, add salt, other spices , crumbled paneer and grated cheese.














4. Mix well and keep aside.














5. In a bowl, add flour, boiled and mashed potato and knead dough using milk and salt.













6. Make chapati.













7. Spread mixture generously.













8. Put some butter on tawa and toast it till crisp from all the sides.













9. Cut it from center.












10. Serve healthy rolls to your family.
