2-MINUTE MICROWAVE COOKIE

INGREDIENTS
1 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 cup butter
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup choco-chips
1-2 tbsp milk

METHOD
Mix flour, powdered sugar and baking soda and mix well. Add cubed butter and vanilla essence and rub in flour-sugar mixture with hands to give bread crumb like texture.

Now add choco-chips make dough using milk little by little

Take small portion of dough roll it and press it flat between palm.

Keep in greased microwave proof bowl and micro it for 2 minutes.

Don't remove immediately let it rest for 1 minute.

IMPORTANT:

HOT COOKIES WILL BE TOO SOFT, IT'S IMPORTANT TO LEAVE IT FOR FEW MINUTES, IT WILL BECOME HARD AFTER COMING DOWN TO ROOM TEMPERATURE

USE ONLY BOWL NOT ANY KIND OF FLAT DISH OR PLATE.


IT CAN TAKE LESS THAN 2 MINUTE DEPENDING ON THE TYPE OF MICROWAVE. FIRST TRY FOR 1.5 MINUTE IF REQUIRED INCREASE THE TIME TO 2 MINUTES.













1. In a bowl, take flour, sugar and baking soda.













2. Add vanilla essence and cubed butter.













3. Rub butter using fingertips to give coarse like texture.













4. Now add choco-chips.













5. Using 1 tbsp of milk make soft dough, if required add more.













6. Take small portion of dough make small ball and press it flat with the help of fingertips.













7. Take microwave safe bowl, grease it with oil and keep ball inside.













8. Micro it for 2 minutes.













9. Cookies are ready to eat!
