INGREDIENTS
1 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup softened or melted butter
2 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup castor sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp nutella
METHOD
Sieve wheat flour, whole wheat flour and baking powder. Keep aside.
In a bowl, mix together castor sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla essence. Beat it well till mixture become pale and forthy.
Add sugar-egg mixture in sieved flour. Fold well.
Add milk little by little making batter of dropping consistency.
Grease flower shaped baking moulds with butter.
Pre-heat oven at 180°C and bake it for 20-25 minutes or till become golden in color.
Let cupcakes become cold and make icing on top with nutella.
