INGREDIENTS
1 Kiwi
1 Ripe banana
1 cup refined flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
3 small eggs/ 2 large eggs
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
½ cup melted butter
1 1
tsp lemon juice
METHOD
1.
Blend together kiwi and banana into a puree.

In a bowl, break eggs and mix sugar and beat
till it becomes soft and fluffy.
3.
In other bowl, sieve together refined flour,
whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder and add eggs and sugar mixture.
4.
Now add kiwi- banana puree, melted butter and
vanilla essence in the above mixture and mix it well till it forms dropping
consistency.
5.
Pour the batter into moulds.
6.
Bake it at pre-heated oven at 180°C for 20-25
minutes.
7.
Let it cool down and decorate it with kiwi slices.
