5 MINUTE EGGLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE

INGREDIENTS
1 cup all-purpose flour (Maida)
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup curd (preferably sour)
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup oil
1/3 cup warm milk


METHOD
Sieve flour, cocoa powder and soda. Add rest of the ingredients and make smooth batter.
Grease microwave proof bowl and keep it in microwave for 4-5 minutes. Check after 4 minutes by piercing knife or fork, comes out clear means done.

2. Mix well and add 1/4 cup oil.














3. Add milk and curd.














4. Make smooth batter.














5. Grease microwave proof bowl and transfer the batter in it.














6. Keep it in microwave for 4-5 minutes (Mine was done in 4 minutes, check by piercing knife or fork, if comes out clear its done)















7. After 4 minutes.




















8. Turn it upside down and top it with cherry.
