OATS-BREAD UTTAPAM / PANCAKE

INGREDIENTS
2-3 bread slices (white/brown or multi grain)
1 cup powdered oats
1/2 cup curd
1 medium sized chopped onion
1 medium sized chopped capsicum
1 medium sized chopped tomato
1/2 tsp fruit salt or baking soda
salt  to taste
1 tbsp oil




METHOD
Mix all the above vegetables. Keep aside.
Take bread slices and grind to make fine crumbs. Grind oats to make fine powder.
In a bowl, mix bread crumbs, powdered oats and curd.
Add salt and fruit salt mix well.
Heat oil in pan and pour ladle full of oats and bread batter. Cook it on medium flame till golden brown.
Top it with mixed vegetables.
Flip and again cook it golden in color.
Serve with chutney or tomato sauce.

1. Grind 2 slices of bread to make fine powder.

7. Top it with mix vegetables.













8. Flip it and cook from other side.













9. Serve with chutney or sauce.
