INGREDIENTS
1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
1/2 cup bread crumbs
salt to taste
1/2 tsp chaat masala (optional)
1/2 cup grated processed cheese
METHOD
Mix boiled potatoes and bread crumbs well. Add salt, chaat masala.
Make dough.
Divide dough in equal parts.
Make medium sized ball and press it flat from center.
Now fill grated cheese inside.
Close the edges.
Keep it in freezer for 10-15 minutes.
Heat oil in pan. Deep fry the croquettes.
