I don't think chocolate ice-cream need any kind of introduction.....I Just love chocolate ice-cream and it's my all-time favorite. Needless to say it's kids one of the favorite too.
This is the one ice-cream which I can have any day and anytime....
This ice-cream I bet will defeat the taste equivalent to market made, just follow the exact proportion of ingredients and to your surprise it's gonna be a hit in your house.....

So Let's begin.........
INGREDIENTS
1 cup whipping cream
1 cup dark chocolate
1 cup warm milk
1/3 cup condensed milk
2 tbsp cocoa powder
Handful chocolate chips
METHOD
Whip chilled cream till soft peaks are formed. Keep aside to bring it down to room temperature.
2. In heat proof pan, add chopped dark chocolate and melt over double boiler or melt using microwave.
3. Add condensed milk and warm milk. Don't add chilled milk or it will freeze the chocolate. Mix well till you get smooth liquid consistency. This step is very important, if you don't melt the chocolate evenly without any lump you will not get smooth ice-cream.
4. Once you get smooth batter keep aside for it to cool down, make sure this should cool down before adding it in cream or the cream will split.
5. Add cocoa powder in cream or you can add in batter. Mix well.
6. Once both cream and melted chocolate cool down to room temperature add a batch of cream in melted cool chocolate . Mix well and pour this complete batter in cream and whip it again to incorporate all the ingredients well. Add some chocolate chips. Mix well.
7. Pour this in bowl, top with some more chocolate chips and freeze for 8-9 hours or overnight.

Which cream have you used?? Rich's whip topping or amul fresh cream... Which one can I use?
Hi Swati. I used Tropical cream.... It's whipping cream. You can use any whip cream but not Amul fresh cream.
