BUN DOSA


 INGREDIENTS 

1 cup rice

1 tsp meethi dana

1/2 cup poha 

1/2 cup fresh & chopped coconut

1 tsp salt

1 tsp baking soda


METHOD

Wash and soak rice overnight. Soak meethi dana too.

Grind together rice, poha, coconut. Add little water to make fine paste

Grease kadai with oil.

Pour ladle full of batter.

cook from both sides

Serve hot with chutney of your choice.
