1 cup chiraunji / chironji
1 cup almonds
1 cup cashew nuts
1 cup coconut powder
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1 cup powdered sugar

Dry roast chiraunji and coconut powder and keep aside. Add 2-3 tsp ghee and roast almonds, cashews remove from pan and keep aside. Then roast raisins in 1 tsp ghee. Remove from pan and keep aside.

Now add a teaspoon of ghee and add haldi (turmeric) in it. Add all the nuts and coconut, give a good mix. Remove from fire. Grind to a fine powder.

Add powdered sugar and 3-4 tbsp of ghee to bind all the ingredients. Make desired sized balls and store in air-tight jar and enjoy for 1 month.


1. Dry roast chiraunji.

2. Dry roast coconut powder.

3. Add a teaspoon of ghee and roast roughly chopped nuts.

4. Now roast raisins.

5. Put ghee in pan, add turmeric powder.

6. Now all the nuts and coconut powder. Mix well.

7. Grind in fine powder.

8. Add fine powdered sugar mix and add ghee.

9. Make desired size balls.
