INGREDIENTS
For Stuffing
1 finely chopped onion
2-3 tbsp imli chutney
salt and chili to taste
1 tsp garam masala
150 gm crumbled cottage cheese (Paneer)
For Bread
6-7 breads
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1 cup gram flour (besan)
2 tbsp cornflour
warm water for batter
salt and chili to taste
METHOD
In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients mentioned under stuffing. Mix well and keep aside.
Now make batter of besan and cornflour with warm water, add salt and chili to taste.
Take bread slices, trim the edges. Spread tomato sauce all over. Put the filing. Cover with other bread slice.
Coat the bread well from all over with besan batter. Deep fry. Slice in triangle shape and serve.
