STRAWBERRY SRIKHAND

INGREDIENTS
8-9 washed and chopped strawberries

1 cup hung curd
1 tbsp sugar





METHOD
Blend together strawberries and sugar to make smooth paste. Mix this paste in hung curd.
Keep in fridge to chill. Garnish with strawberries and serve chilled.


 

YOU CAN ADJUST SUGAR ACCORDING TO YOUR TASTE.
