INGREDIENTS
1 cup shredded cabbage
2 thinly sliced onions
2-3 thinly sliced carrots
1-2 thinly sliced capsicum
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tbsp schezwan chutney
1 tsp ajinomoto (optional)
salt to taste
BATTER FOR INSTANT DOSA
METHOD
In pan, heat oil add sliced onions saute till golden in colour. Add carrots, cover it and let it cook till half done. Add cabbage and then capsicum.
Add salt, tomato sauce, soya sauce, schezwan chutney. Mix well, cook for 1-2 minute and keep aside.
Now prepare your INSTANT DOSA, cook from both the sides. Put filling generously.
Roll it and serve with peanut chutney.

8. Make INSTANT DOSA
9. Cook from both the sides.
10. Put filling generously.
