STUFFED CHEESE BREAD ROUNDELS

INGREDIENTS
Leftover core of  VEGGIE BREAD RINGLETS or you can make bread rounds as shown in pic below. Here I used leftover roundels of my recipe VEGGIE BREAD RINGLETS

For potato filling: 
1 cup boiled and mashed potato
1 tsp garam masala
1 finely chopped onion
1 tsp coriander masala
1/2 tsp chaat masala
red chili or green chili (optional)
1/2 cup grated processed cheese
salt to taste

For besan batter:
1 cup besan (gram flour)
1/4 cup cornflour
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/4 tsp baking soda 
1 tsp garam masala


 salt  and chilli to taste


water for batter

METHOD
Take boiled and mashed potato and mix all the ingredients and mix well. Keep aside.

Take gram flour and add all the ingredients of besan batter making it of thick consistency.


Take leftover bread rings, put sauce over it well. Put potato filling generously. Cover it with second bread ring.

Coat the bread well all over in besan batter.

Heat oil in pan and deep fry.

Pack this perfect tiffin recipe for your kids.

YOU CAN USE MIXED VEGETABLES OR MASHED PANEER WITH POTATO.

1. Make filling of potato adding all the above ingredients mentioned.








2. Take leftover bread rings or cut with cookie cutter.








3. Put sauce on bread rings.








4. Close it with one on the other.





5. Make besan batter adding ingredients mentioned above.








6. Coat bread well with batter.








7. From all the sides.








8. From edges too.








9. Deep fry.








10. Take out on absorbent paper.




















11. Serve hot or pack in kids tiffin.
