INGREDIENTS
1 cup boiled and mashed potato
salt and chili to taste
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp kasuri meethi
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp coriander masala
5-6 bread slices (brown, white or multi-grain)
1/2 cup tomato sauce
butter for saute
METHOD
Take boiled potato and mash. Add all the dry spices mentioned above. Mix well. Keep aside.
Take bread slices. Cut the edges. Cut them in tringular shape or any other desired shape.
Spread tomato sauce well. Put this mixture generously.
Heat some butter in non-stick pan. Keep this slice and press it with spatula and cook on medium flame still it becomes golden brown, flip it and cook from other side.
Serve!
