EGG KATHI ROLL

INGREDIENTS
1-2 egg
1 medium sized chopped onion
1 medium sized chopped tomato
1 small sized chopped capsicum
salt, pepper and chilli to taste
2-3 leftover or fresh made chapatis
1-2 tsp oil


 




METHOD
Finely chop all veggies and keep it aside.

In a bowl, beat egg, add chopped veggies, salt, pepper and chilli. Mix well.

Take non-stick pan, add 1-2 tsp oil, spread egg-veggies batter. Immediately keep chapati on egg. Press it little with spatula so that it can get stick on egg.

Let it cook for 2-3 minutes, flip it and cook from other side too.

Transfer it in plate or flat dish. Roll it and cut it into half.

Serve with ketchup or easy cheesy dip
