INGREDIENTS
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tbsp powdered sugar
3-4 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)
water to knead dough
1 cup grated chocolate (dark or any milk chocolate)
oil for frying
METHOD
Grate chocolate and keep in fridge. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar and ghee and make smooth dough using water. Take medium sized ball and roll it with rolling pin. Cut it from center with the help of knife and take more portion of it and make a cone (as shown in pic below). Fill it with grated chocolate. Seal it with the help of milk or water. Deep fry. Serve
YOU CAN MAKE SUGAR SYRUP AND POUR LITTLE OVER SAMOSAS IN CASE ITS LESS SUGARY.
