INGREDIENTS
For Base:
1 cup all purpose flour
2 tbsp softened butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 eggs
1-2 tbsp milk (if required)
For Filling:
3/4 cup choco chips
1/4 cup fresh cream
1 egg
For Icing:
icing sugar
butter
10-12 dried cherries
METHOD
Take flour in a bowl add butter. Add powdered sugar and egg mix well to make a soft dough. Take small tart moulds or single big tart mould according to availability. Grease mould with butter. Make big ball and press flat with your palm. Spread it evenly all over the edges using your thumb gently. Prick all over with fork or knife. Pre-heat oven at 180*C degree. Bake it for 10 minutes.
Now for filing:
Take choco chips or chopped dark chocolate in big bowl. In pan, heat fresh cream, when it comes to boiling point remove from fire. Pour it on choco chips. Mix well. Let choco chips melt evenly. Add egg and mix well.
Take out baked base and add filling over it.
Again bake for 10 minutes. Your tart is ready.
For Icing:
Take icing sugar, mix butter in it till smooth. Fill it in piping bag. Decorate. Garnish with dried cherries.

1. Take 1 cup wheat flour.
2. Add 2 tbsp softened butter.
3. Add 3/4 cup powdered sugar.
4. Now goes 2 eggs.
5. Mix well and make smooth dough. Can add 1-2 tbsp milk if required to make dough.
6. Grease tin mould with oil or butter.
7. Put big dough on greased mould.
8. Spread it all over with help of your fingers.
9. Cover the edges like this.
10. Prick all over with fork.
11. Bake it for 10 minutes in pre-heated oven at 180*C.

2. Heat 1/4 cup fresh cream.
3. Bring it to boiling point and remove from fire.
4. Immediately pour on choco chips.
5. Mix it.
6. Break 1 egg in it.
7. Mix well.
8. Put this mixture over baked base.
9.Like this.
10. Bake it for more 10-15 minutes or till chocolate is baked.
11. After 10 minutes.

4. Make smooth paste like this.
5. Make icing on tart.
6. Top with cherries.
7. Put icing on the edges and serve.
