CHOCOLATE LAVA CAKE

INGREDIENTS
1 cup choco chips or dark chocolate
1/2 cup castor sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour



 




METHOD
Melt dark chocolate in microwave or double boiler.

Add sugar and flour.

Beat eggs well.

Add it in the batter. Mix well.

Pre-heat oven at 220°C and bake it for 10 minutes. Immediately cut from centre and enjoy chocolaty lava.

IF YOU ARE USING DARK CHOCOLATE, INSERT ONE SMALL CUBE OF DARK CHOCOLATE (IT SHOULD BE OF ROOM TEMPERATURE) IN THE CENTRE FOR BETTER LAVA.

 1. Take 1 cup choco chips or dark chocolate.













2. Melt it in microwave.












3. Add 1/2 cup castor sugar.













4. Now add 1/2 cup flour.














5. Beat egg well.













6. Put it in choco -flour mixture.












7. Mix well.












8. Grease the moulds with butter.













9. Transfer the batter.












10. Pre-heat oven at 220°C.













11. Bake it for 10 minutes.


12. Lava is ready to melt in your mouth.
