INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cup milk
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
1/2 cup processed cheese
1/4 cup fresh cream (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
METHOD
2. Roast 1/2 cup whole wheat flour with 2 tbsp butter till fragrant.
3. Add 1 1/2 cups of milk stirring continuously as to avoid any lumps.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste and 1 tsp oregano.
5. Add 1/2 cup grated cheese, cream and mix well. Your white sauce is ready. Keep it aside.
