INGREDIENTS
1 cup finely grated carrot
1 cup freshly grated coconut
1/2 cup condensed milk
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1/2 cup milk
METHOD
Put carrot in pan and saute for 2-3 minutes now add coconut and saute it too, till water evaporates. Now add condensed milk. Mix well. Add milk and simmer it for 10-15 minutes. Cook it till it dries up completely. Turn off the gas. Let it become lukewarm. Make ladoos. Keep in fridge for 1 hour for better binding. Serve.
MAKE SURE MIXTURE SHOULD BE DRIED UP WITH SOME MOISTURE IN IT. THIS HELPS IN MAKING LADOO BETTER.
YOU CAN SUBSTITUTE CONDENSED MILK WITH MILK, SUGAR AND SOME MAWA/KHOYA.

5. Add milk and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
6. Let it dry completely leaving little moisture in it.
7. Let the mixture become lukewarm and make ladoos.
8. Serve this ladoo in Rakhi or during Navratri fasting.
