INGREDIENTS
1 cup boiled dalia (broken wheat)
2 cups cooked/boiled green mong sabut dal or yellow moong dal
5-6 cups of whole wheat flour (Atta)
1 chopped onion
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp coriander masala
water for kneading dough
METHOD
Boil dal and dalia together with 1 cup water. Cold dalia and daal. In a bowl, take atta, add dalia, daal, chopped onions, spices. Knead dough using water as required. Make paranthas and serve with butter or curd.
I HAD COOKED LEFTOVER DAAL YOU CAN COOK SEPARATELY.

1. Pressure cook 1 cup dalia till done.

3. Take 5-6 cups Atta.
4. Take salt, pepper, 1tsp garam masala and coriander masala.
5. Now add cooked dalia and cooked dal of your choice (I added green moong dal)
6. Make dough using water if required.
7. Make chaptati or parantha and serve with butter or curd.
