FRENCH FRIES OMELETTE

INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
2 peeled and finely sliced potato
1 finely chopped onion
1 cheese slice or 2 tbsp processed cheese
salt to taste

METHOD
Put oil in pan, saute onion till transparent. Transfer in a bowl. Now saute sliced potato till soft and cooked. In a bowl, beat eggs add saute onion, cooked potato slices. Mix well. Add salt and cheese. Mix well. Heat oil in pan, spread egg batter. Flip it and cook from other side. Serve hot.

1. Saute 1 onion till transparent.













2. Transfer it in a bowl and keep aside.












3. In same pan, saute thinly sliced potatoes till golden in color.

5.  In other bowl, beat 4-5 eggs. Add salt to taste.












6. Add saute onions.












7. Add cheese in it.












8. Pour eggs in greased deep pan or kadai.












9. Turn it and let it cook from other side too.












10. Serve with tomato sauce.
